About us
Welcome to :
Sathimo – your friendly companion on the journey to learning Japanese!
The name Sathimo carries a special meaning:
-
"Sathi" means "friend" in Nepali, and
-
"Mo" means "also" in Japanese. This reflects the core idea of our site – being a friend to learners who want to explore Japanese language and culture, while bridging connections between Nepali and Japanese communities.

I’m Suman Pudasaini, the solo creator behind Sathimo.com. Originally from Nepal, I’m currently living in Japan as a student. Having experienced the challenges of learning a new language in a foreign country, I wanted to create a resource that helps others navigate this journey with ease. Through this blog, I share practical tips, Japanese vocabulary with Nepali and English meanings, and insights from my personal experiences.
